WEst Ottawa Announces 2016-2017 Competition Schedule

Panthers Switch to Emphasis on Team Events

HOLLAND, MI

In an effort to get athletes more matches during the year, the 2016-2017 season for the Panthers will have only dual format competitions. Coaching staff felt that the Panthers get enough individual tournaments during the off season, and want to ensure that wrestlers got as many matches as they can prior to the post season. Barring the OK Red conference championships, all other events will be dual meets or team tournaments for the varsity. As for the JV, the schedule will be primarily the same, except that the JV West Ottawa Invite will be on Friday night instead.
