Format: “Freko Wrestling”, Adapted Freestyle/Folkstyle/Greco-Roman rules. First Period augmented Folkstyle, second period augmented Greco Roman, and third period augmented Freestyle rules. 2-2-2. Duals will be scored with NCWA Optional Team Scoring

HS DIVISION (7th-12th) 113, 126, 138, 152, 170, 195, 285
LEGACY DIVISON (18+) 130, 140, 155, 175, 195, 250, HWT.


- Weigh-in's are not formal and coaches need to use their discretion. (Honor System) 
-Proceeds go to the Piedras Blancas Friends of the Elephant Seal and Pinning Down Autism (more charities to be added as teams enter)
-$50.00 donation per team
-$5.00 donation for admission
